Easy and Delicious Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Turkey breast, skin removed
  • 15-oz can Whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 packet Dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the turkey breast in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour the ingredients mix over the turkey.
  • Cover. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Notes

I try not to cook this one too close to Thanksgiving because of the cranberry sauce and turkey.  Sometimes the meat can be hard to find, but I usually aim for a 2-3 lb. turkey breast if available.
