Easy Beef

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs. Beef stewing meat, trimmed of fat
  • 2 10 1/2-oz. can French onion soup, undiluted
  • 2 10 23/4 oz. can 98% Fat-free cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Instructions
 

  • Combine meat and soups in slow cooker.
  • Cook on low 4-5 hours.
  • Serve over rice.

Notes

The original recipe is 1 lb. of meat and 1 can each of French onion soup and mushroom soup, but it's so easy to double or triple for more meat.
