If you’re about to start Whole30, a heads-up that you’ll be doing a lot of planning and meal prep. The official Whole30 shopping list PDF is super helpful as it tells you all basic from-the-earth foods you can have. In addition to those items, I’ve ordered and used the same Whole30-compliant shopping list items to help me get through the last few weeks.
These all have a Whole30-compliant ingredients list – a few even have the “Whole30 approved” seal on the packaging! These foods have helped me add some flavor to my meals, significantly cut down on meal prep time, or literally have food on the go. Most are from Whole Foods, but some are from Target too.
Full disclosure: I didn’t even know what some of these foods were before starting Whole30, but they were highly recommended by other Whole30ers. I’m so glad I tried them out!
