Getting the recommended 30 minutes of exercise every day can be hard when you’re a mom. Self-care is important, but sometimes, it takes some extra motivation to put on those sneakers and press “play” or push through your final round of reps.
80 Day Obsession is a Beachbody exercise workout program designed by Autumn Calabrese. It’s 80 days of unique workouts that totally KICKED MY BUTT. But one of the things I loved most about the program was her motivational quotes.
These quotes got me through some really challenging workouts. Like, ones that made me feel like this….
Sure, I loved getting stronger and seeing my progress, but sometimes she said something that inspired me that I would recite it over and over until I could write it down.
Especially in these winter months, if you’re looking for some extra motivation to exercise, hopefully, one of these quotes below will inspire you too.
Note: I’m sure Autumn probably re-used someone else’s quotes for some or all of these, but I never said these were “original” quotes.
