During her workout programs, Autumn Calabrese always inserts really motivational quotes. Mid-exercise, it’s hard to write a quote down, but I try to scribble it down quickly if one really speaks to me.
I recently completed 9 Week Control Freak and of course loved the program, but also really loved the motivation she brings to the workouts. When you’re in the midst of a hard move, I’ve found it so helpful when she inserts these motivational nuggets.

Note: My apologies if I wrote these down incorrectly, but I did my best to remember them while still getting in a good workout! And perhaps Autumn was quoting someone else too, but I’m attributing Autumn since she said them in these workouts.
